We have a short & customer friendly Return & Refund policy.

Certain rules & regulations are applicable in term of order returns.

Refunds:

There will be no monetary refund, only gift card will be provided.
A gift card of product value will be provided you on your email.
A gift card issued by us can be redeemed within 365 days of issuing.
Customers are obliged to contact KRISHAZ’s customer support by any mean of contact to understand our return & refund policy before ordering.

Returns:

All returns are done free of cost.
Only 1 time return will be accepted on an original order.
No returns will be accepted on gift card issued on any previous order return.

Please note: product sold under combo option will get exchange to the same item and color option only. do not insist to change with different design.
If you buy any discounted amount product then you have to return it back with the original order.

Product return conditions:

You have to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products, with all labels and tags completely intact, and in original packaging are eligible for return.
In case the size you have requested is not available you can request full refund or a credit note to buy something else.
No returns & refunds for international orders.
Products on sale are not applicable for RETURNS / EXCHANGE / REFUND.
If you buy any discounted amount product then you have to return it back with the original order.

The process for a return:

On your request we will arrange the reverse pick up.
After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end.
Once your return is accepted we will provide you a gift card or credit note after deducting shipping charges on original order.
If you buy any discounted amount product then you have to return it back with the original order.
We will not entertain any request if you contact us after 24 hours from the receiving the order.

Failure of product pick-up:

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.: 9950088116
