At Aadhya’s Store, we craft and deliver jewelry with the utmost care. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Returns Policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The return request is initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.

The jewelry is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and authenticity certificates intact.

The return includes the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry.

Earrings, nose pins, and body jewelry (due to hygiene regulations).

Items bought during sale or clearance events unless damaged or defective.
3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact us at marketing.aadhyas@gmail.com with your order ID, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

Step 2: Our support team will assess your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Step 3: If approved, we will arrange a courier pickup or provide instructions for return shipment.

Step 4: Once the returned product is received, our Quality Control team will inspect it before approving the refund or exchange.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For COD orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

Same product in a different size (subject to stock availability).

Alternative product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by customer).
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your jewelry arrives damaged:

Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
