At Aadhya’s Store, we understand that timely and secure delivery of your jewelry is as important as the craftsmanship itself. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we deliver your orders, shipping charges, timelines, and tracking details.

1. Order Processing Time

All ready-to-ship jewelry orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Customized or made-to-order pieces may take longer, depending on design complexity. The estimated delivery date will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are considered next business day orders for processing purposes.

2. Delivery Timelines

We partner with trusted and insured logistics providers to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely.

Standard Shipping (India): 4–7 business days.
Express Shipping (India): 2–3 business days (additional charges apply).
Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be extended during festive seasons, weather disruptions, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹2,000.
₹99 flat rate for orders below ₹2,000.
Express Shipping charges vary by location and order weight — the amount will be displayed at checkout.

4. Packaging & Safety

All jewelry is packaged in tamper-proof, moisture-resistant, and cushioned boxes to prevent transit damage.
High-value shipments may be sealed with insurance coverage for your peace of mind.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp with real-time updates.
You can also track your order by visiting the ‘Track My Order’ page on our website and entering your order ID.

6. Delays & Responsibility

Aadhya’s Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
In rare cases of lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund after claim settlement.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only.
International shipping will be available soon — timelines, charges, and customs duty details will be updated accordingly.

8. Change of Shipping Address

Address changes cannot be made once the order is shipped.
